This storied brick historical landmark began its life in 1878 as the Caspar Lumber company store. Today, the wonderfully intact 19th-century facade is an iconic visual marker for those traveling Highway 1. The Caspar Studio was reincarnated in the 1990s as a recording venue for a legendary record producer and later, reimagined as an artist's live/work space.
